We are not a bank or a merchant and cannot assist with transaction disputes. This includes enquiries related to fraudulent transactions, requests to stop charges such as subscriptions and requests for refunds.

I don't recognise a transaction

1. Can you identify from the transaction description who the merchant is? For example:

  • "APPLE.COM/Bill is a charge from Apple
  • "MICROSOFT*STORE MSBILL.INFO is a charge from Microsoft
  • "AMAZON MARKETPLACE AU" is a charge from Amazon

2. If you can identify the merchant from the transaction description you will need to contact the merchant or your bank directly as we are unable to assist you further.

3. If you are unable to identify the merchant from the transaction description, we can investigate to see if there is further information about the merchant we can provide to you. Please note that we are not a bank or a merchant. We have nothing to do with transactions charged to your account and cannot assist with transaction disputes. Please contact the merchant or your bank directly.
